Who We Are

Flyer TV is a student-run station that brings together the talents of many University of Dayton students from all majors. It is Flyer TV's goal to help those not only in the major of communications but those merely interested in broadening their horizons.
Shows such as the Academic Senate, SGA Presidential Debate, Alumni Association, and interview with Dr. Spina are great examples of how we help inform the students of what is going on throughout our campus. The station also produces original programming including news, sports, interesting interviews, student-produced independent shows and more.
Under the direction of CMM Media course instructors / advisors Greg Kennedy and Roy Flynn, twenty-three students worked Fall 2017 through Spring 2018 to create the documentary film titled: Epicenter: Dayton's Opioid Crisis. The documentary examines how the nationwide heroin epidemic affects all demographics, particularly in the Dayton area. It is a call to break the stigma of addiction and explain what we can do to help.
